Each additional hour is $100.00 per hour.
A non-refundable 1/3 of package price shall serve as
your deposit to reserve your event date. 1/3
of balance due 2 weeks prior to ceremony, and 1/3 of
balance due on ceremony date. In event of cancellation
monies received will be applied to services rendered.
All items subject to tax. This studio takes the greatest
care with respect to exposure, development, and delivery
of photographs; however, in the event of the studio
fails to comply with the terms of the contract due to
any event outside the control of the studio, the
studio's liability is limited to the refund of the
deposits, all payment made to date. Negatives and
originals remain the exclusive property of M&J
photography. It is further agreed that you, acting as
representative for all members of the events party,
grants us all rights to display, publication and
advertising use of all photographs taken under this
agreement. |
